On Monday, March 9th we will be kicking off Pennies For Patients with the annual Senior vs. Faculty basketball game! We have special guests playing for the staff team such as Mr. Laird and Mr. Grimm, so you all should check it out! We hope to see you there! Game time is 6:30 in the varsity gym. Admission is a $1.00 donation to the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society.
February was cold, dark and dreary.  Need a good way to get out of that and into March?  Join the Zionsville Community and come out to look at tons of colorful artwork! Celebrate Youth Art Month by visiting many local businesses, as well as the Hussey-Mayfield Library and Sullivan-Munce Museum to see artworks from Kindergarten to 12th grade!  The opening receptions (yes, more than one!) will be held this Friday from 5-7 at Goodman Jewelers, Sullivan Munce Museum and Art in Hand.  Want to know more about activities associated with Youth Art Month?  Ask an art teacher or get online and check the ZCS main page.  There are free classes (yes, free) available to all. Its March, come out of your winter cave and be revitalized by some colorful and AMAZING artworks made by your peers!
Best Buddies who are helping with Buddy Up Fun Night this Saturday, there is a brief mandatory meeting after school today in the main cafeteria.
Do you have a hidden talent that you've always wanted to show off? Do you play the ukulele, can you dance, perform card tricks, sing, or have a knack for comedy? Any of these things and more are perfect to be under the spotlight of the 2015 ZCHS Talent Show sponsored by Interact Club. The proceeds go to Children International a nonprofit that strives to provide for kids, families, and communities in impoverished countries.
